PCM ReCon is a Project, Contract, and Engineering Management company with a current and specialized focus in energy, water, and waste solutions. We are a young, dynamic and innovative company, striving to deliver world-class services to its clients.
PCM ReCon offers in-house turnkey solutions through all phases. PCM ReCon has a matrix model to make it work for our clients, from EPC, turnkey or JV. PCM ReCon further offers funding of our initiatives through off-take agreements.
PCM was established in 2008, with a core business focus on project development with an outsourced consulting model. Towards the end of August 2015, PCM’s business model transformed into its now turnkey project execution model.
We have a present focus on solar PV, solar water heating, water treatment, as well as waste and facilities management. These now make up 85 percent of our business focus with the ability to provide micro grid solutions, some of these projects being in detailed design phase, implementation and operations. We are able to tailor our services according to client specifications and support in the post project implementation phases where required.
Our objective for the next 25 years is to implement our own and client utility plants to facilities supplying energy, water and waste services. Further focus on Project and Facility Development with sound Engineering, Project, Operations and Construction management practices. Whilst we are quite focused on green initiatives in the renewable industry, our focus is not limited in solution offerings. We do however always intend to continue moving ahead to a more sustainable South Africa and exporting to other countries.
